Standard features include tight line/load regulation, an input/output isolation of 1.5 kVdc, low output noise, efficiencies up to 81%, continuous short circuit protection with automatic recovery, and a MTBF beyond one-million hours as per MIL HDBK 217F. Each model operates in temperatures from -40°C to +65°C. Cooling is via free-air convection, eliminating the need for heat sinks. Depending on the component, prices range from $8.20 to $9.15 each/100. MICROPOWER DIRECT, Stoughton, MA. (781) 344-8226.
