Adding to the company's modular offering, the Xmite series medical power supplies offer custom outputs that users can configure in a few minutes while maintaining all safety approvals. Typical applications include medical lasers, monitoring systems, radiological imaging, clinical diagnostics, and chemistry. Measuring 10.54" x 3.5" x 1.59", the series consists of three powerPac chassis rated at 200W, 400W, or 600W, which support up to four powerMod output modules with outputs ranging from 1.5 to 58 Vdc. The supplies accept a universal ac input and provide active PFC, remote on/off, remote sense, current share, voltage trim, and power good signals. Low-loss technologies with planar magnetics and surface-mount topologies claim responsibility for efficiencies up to 90%. Standard pricing starts at $0.40 per Watt for 1,000 units.
