Designed for single-output medical applications, the 1U PAM250 switch-mode power supply relies on passive power factor correction (PFC) technology to reduce cost and complexity while boosting reliability. The supply accepts a universal 115/230 Vac input and delivers a factory-set output voltage of 12, 24, or 48 Vdc with up to 250W of continuous output power. Options include current-sharing capability for 1+1 redundancy with no special interconnection requirement, remote on/off, and droop or single-wire current sharing with OR-ing diodes.
