The Net Series of low-power switchers is designed for 1U rack installations, such as are used in networking systems, and has active power factor correction to minimize input harmonic distortion. The NTQ160 models accept universal ac inputs and offer four dc outputs that vary according to model. They have a 4.25" x 8.5" footprint and deliver 165W of power with 30 cfm of forced air. The supplies also have a built-in Class B EMI filter, remote sense and single-wire parallel on the two primary outputs that enables current-sharing to balance loads. The units comply with UL, CSA, VDE, CE, NEMKO, BABT and CB standards. They also meet IEC 61000-3-2 and -3 standards for flicker and harmonic distortion limits. Price starts at $135 each/OEM quantities.
