The SWU.1 series of dc/dc converters comes housed in miniature four-pin SIPs measuring a mere 0.23" x 0.45" x 0.39". The devices are encapsulated and operate without derating over their full specified temperature range. They are available in output voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12 and 15 Vdc and input voltages of 3.3, 5, 12, 24 and 48 Vdc, ±10%. Other features include an efficiency of 75% typical, isolation of 1 kVdc, a switching frequency of 100 kHz typical, and an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. Pricing is $5.95 each/1,000 with an average delivery time of three weeks.
