Targeting low-to-moderate power telecomm, industrial control and embedded system applications, the PSP300 and PSP500 series of enclosed switching power supplies deliver 300W and 500W of power, respectively. The switchers feature a universal 85 to 265 Vac input, 5 to 48 Vdc single output, and active power factor correction. All models also feature soft-start circuitry, integral EMI filtering, parallelling capability, integral power-good indicator, and an output adjustment potentiometer. Over-voltgage and short-circuit protection and small size (the PSP300 measures only 7.3"L x 4.7"W x 3.6"H) are other features of the new switchers. Prices start at $89 each in OEM quantities.
