The BS-Crimping (BS-IC/EC/TC) 9V battery connectors feature a fully insulated PVC cover and brass nickel-plated contacts with six- or four-prong terminals. The components provide reliable strain relief via a patented rivet-jointing process that connects the conductive rivet (PVC cover) with the cylindrical plug socket and electronic wire. In terms of durability, each connector passes a factory pull test of eight pounds for 10 seconds. Stripped, tinned, and measuring 5 mm in length, standard wires are UL1007, AWG 26 150-mm black and red with different wire lengths available upon request.
