A new DIN rail-mounted power supply has been designed for industrial control and embedded systems. The THF120 series power supply is lightweight and capable of delivering up to 120W of output power. Depending on the position of an input voltage switch, the converter accepts input voltages either from 88 to 132 Vac or 176 to 264 Vac. The series includes three models with a selection of 12, 24 or 48 Vdc output voltages. Designed for high efficiency, all models operate without a fan at temperatures ranging from –10°C to +60°C with de-rating. Features include output voltage adjustment ±10%, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection and over-current protection. The THF120 has international safety agency approvals EN60950 per TUV, CSA22.2 No. 14-95 per Cul and meets Class B EMI filtering requirements, as well as UL508 safety approvals for industrial applications. Pricing is $54/1,000. XPIQ INC., Holliston, MA. (508) 429-9883.
