The company's latest battery offerings employ heavy-duty, lead-calcium alloy grids that enable a float life of 15 to 20 years. They also rely on a unique gas recombination system that converts generated gases to water, a technique said to reduce maintenance costs. Other built-in features for the sealed, lead-acid batteries include safety sealing, automatic gas-pressure venting, and special separators to contain acid flow, which allows for flexibile mounting positions. The batteries are rated for 6V at 12A hours and measure 151 mm x 50 mm x 94 mm. Voltage, capacity and seals are tested to comply with VDE, UL and CE requirements under TUV ISO 9001 certifications. Price is $7 each/100. EHM TECHNOLOGY INC., Las Vegas, NV. (702) 450-3751
