Debuting as the market’s smallest 350W power supply, the MFA350 achieves a power density of 11.2W per cubic inch in a U-bracket package measuring 81 mm x 173 mm x 38 mm. With an eye on design flexibility, the supply accommodates an array of packaging and power options including a hot-swap version. It is available in 12-, 24-, and 48-Vdc output versions and includes a 12V/1A fan supply and a 5V/0.3A standby supply. Efficiency is 89%, translating into the need for just 13 CFM of airflow at full output. Other features include ac fail, dc ok, remote on/off, active current sharing, remote sense, and full-power operation over a temperature range from -10°C to +50°C, or up to +70°C with derating. Additionally, the supply meets all major international safety and EMC specifications. Price is $175 each in OEM quantities. For further information, contact Duane Darrow at XP POWER, Littleton, MA.
