The D300RW series 3W dc/dc converters in miniature single-in-line packages (SIPs) feature 2:1 input ranges and continuous short-circuit protection. Sixteen models operate from inputs of 9 to 18 Vdc and 18 to 36 Vdc and deliver outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12, or ±15 Vdc. Standard features include tight line/load regulation, an I/O isolation of 1,500 Vdc, continuous short-circuit protection, and efficiency as high as 81%.
