Medical/IT Power Supplies Address Efficiency Standards

July 6, 2010
AEF and AFM series external ac/dc power supplies provide single outputs with a power output between 100W to 150W.

Designed for a wide range of IT and portable medical equipment, the AEF and AFM series external ac/dc power supplies provide single outputs with a power output between 100W to 150W. Highly efficient, up to 94% for the AEF series, the units comply with the latest energy efficiency standards such as Energy Star Level V, EISA2007, and CEC2008 in the United States and the ErP Directive across Europe. These standards stipulate limits for average energy efficiency and the maximum no load power consumption, which is less than 0.5W for both the AEF and AFM. The AEF/AFM series are priced starting at $58.50 each in OEM quantities. For further information, contact Duane Darrow at XP Power, Sunnyvale, CA. (408) 732-7777 or [email protected].
