Quarter Brick Converter Delivers 50A

Expanding the Sensei Series isolated dc/dc converters, the FPQR48T5R050 quarter-brick provides 50A/250W of output current/power. Designed for intermediate bus and distributed power architectures, it operates from a 36 to 75 Vdc input and provides a regulated 5Vdc output with an efficiency in excess of 92.5%. In a 58.4 mm x 36.8 mm x 14.1 mm industry-standard quarter brick footprint and pin-out, the FPQR48T5R050 optionally supports parallel operation of multiple units without the need for external components and with a load sharing accuracy within ±10%.
