The SRM7810 family of ultra-miniature, point of load (POL) switching regulators measure 0.45” x 0.3” x 0.4” and deliver up to 1A of output current. Two standard models operate with an input range of 4.75 to 20 Vdc, providing outputs of 3.3 or 5 Vdc. Other features include an efficiency as high as 93%, low-noise operation, overload protection, over-temperature protection, and continuous short-circuit protection.
