Poised for military and avionics designs, the DVPL0520S non-isolated, synchronous regulated point-of-load (POL) dc/dc converter steps down power at the point of use with up to 90% efficiency. The component delivers up to 20A of output and can be used alone or in conjunction with multiple POL converters. Other specifications include a 5V nominal input, user-adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 3.4V, fault-tolerant design with magnetic feedback (no optoisolators), an output inhibit control, and a package size and weight of 1.075" x 1.075” x 0.270" and 16g, respectively.
