Tailored for high-power datacomm apps requiring a regulated intermediate bus converter, the BMR453-0108/014 dc/dc converter module offers a 44V to 75V input voltage range and is compatible with 48V, 52V, and 60V systems.

Tailored for high-power datacomm apps requiring a regulated intermediate bus converter, the BMR453-0108/014 dc/dc converter module offers a 44V to 75V input voltage range and is compatible with 48V, 52V, and 60V systems. In an industry-standard quarter-brick footprint (57.9 x 36.8 x 24.5 mm), it delivers an output voltage of 12.45V with an output current of 60A. Total output power is 711W. The module combines two Ericsson BMR453 series power modules in parallel and achieves 96.9% efficiency at half load and up to 95.8% at full load. Other features include a MTBF of 1.2-million hours, input/output isolation of 1.5 kVdc, and over-temperature, over current, and over-/under-voltage protection. The BMR453-0108/014 is available either with a baseplate or with a heatsink. Price is $140 each. ERICSSON INC., Plano, TX. (972) 583-6910/-5254.
