Expanding the company’s line of railway dc/dc converters, the CN100A24 Series quarter-brick modules accept dc inputs from 14.4 to 36 Vdc and deliver output voltages of 5, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc, adjustable by ±10%. Output power is up to 100W. The modules are suitable for both rolling stock and trackside equipment, enabling the design of cost-effective EN50155 compliant systems without the risks common to custom product designs and in a much shorter timescale. Designed for harsh environments, the series meets the shock and vibration requirements of IEC61373 Category 1, Grade B. The baseplate-cooled power converters have standard pin-outs and provide full output power from -40°C to +100°C at the baseplate without derating. Prices start at $124 each/100.
