High Voltage DC/DC Power Module Solution

The ISL8216M High Voltage Power Module is Intersil’s new ISL8216M high voltage DC/DC power module addresses 12 V, 24 V, 36 V and 48 V input rail applications for infrastructure and industrial equipment in a simple, flexible and thermally optimized solution. The ISL8216M is an all-in-one, plug-and-play power module solution that reduces design and manufacturing risks, streamlining power supply design and speeding time to market.

·     Wide input voltage range (10 V to 80 V)

·     Adjustable 2.5 V to 30 V output voltage range

·     Output current = 4 A (DC Max)

·     Excellent output regulation: ±1% over -40 °C to +85 °C ambient range

·     Programmable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 600 kHz (default is 300 kHz)

·     Rugged, thermally enhanced 15 mm × 15 mm × 3.6 mm over-molded HDA package
