1 W DC-DC Converters Support cULus 60950 Safety Certification

Aimtec announces the AM1D-Z 1 watt series dc-to-dc converter with cULus safety certification under UL 60950-1 second edition.  The new series is feature-rich and offers input voltages of  3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24 and 48 Vdc. Single output voltages include 3.3, 5, 7.2, 9, 12, 15, 18 & 24 Vdc and dual outputs of ±3.3, ±5, ±7.2, ±9, ±12, ±15, ±18 & ±24 Vdc.  They have optional input to output isolation levels of 1000, 300, 4000, 5200 and 6000 Vdc, and operate within an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C with short circuit protection.

The AMD-Z series is designed for versatility and can be integrated into a multitude of applications, such as digital circuits, low frequency analog, or relay drive circuits.  Available in a compact dual inline SIP7 package (19.50 x 6.00 x 9.50 mm), the AM1D-Z is optionally available with dual separated outputs.
