Mouser Electronics will distribute NEC Electronics America’s metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diodes, low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulators, and Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0 products. Other product lines will be added soon.
