Semiconductor Production Supplier Expands in Europe

Cascade Microtech has opened a wholly owned subsidiary in Munich, Germany, Cascade Microtech GmbH. The European company will provide sales, applications and service support to European customers for both the Engineering Products Division (EPD) and the Production Products Division (PPD).
