For further energy efficiency in industrial applications using both low-frequency switches and high-frequency switches, this IGBT can be combined with Fairchild’s FCH47N60F SuperFET FRFET, a MOSFET that offers an operating frequency up to 250 kHz and a typical R_DS(ON) of 0.062 Ω.
