Central Semiconductor’s CFSH-4 is a 40-V, 200-mA Schottky diode offered in an SOD-882L tiny leadless package (TLP). Featuring a fast switching speed of 5 ns, the CFSH-4 is ideal for portable battery-powered applications such as dc-dc converters, switching circuits, and LCD backlighting.
