600-V FRED Rectifiers Cut Losses In PFC Stages
From Vishay Intertechnology, four 600-V FRED Pt Hyperfast rectifiers reduce switching losses in high-efficiency power factor correction (PFC) and switch-mode power supply applications with their extremely fast and soft reverse-recovery times, together with low forward voltage drop.
