MOSFETs Target Power Supplies and Electric Motors
A family of 60-V and 75-V n-channel trench MOSFETs from International Rectifier is optimized for industrial battery applications such as E-bikes, scooters and utility carts. These devices, which feature low RDSON are also suited for use in UPSs as well as hard-switched or high-frequency switch-mode power supplies.
