International Rectifier, IR® announced a new range of trench HEXFET® Power MOSFETs featuring benchmark low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) in a TO-247 package for synchronous rectification, active ORing and industrial applications including high power DC motors, DC to AC inverters and power tools. Devices include the IRFP4004PBF, IRFP4368PBF, IRFP4468PBF, IRFP4568PBF, and IRFP4668PBF, rated at 40V, 75V, 100V, 150V, and 200V, respectively.
