Tyco Electronics Power Systems (www.power.tycoelectronics.com) has signed an agreement with Lucent Technologies (www.lucent.com) to provide customers reliable network power solutions and services worldwide. The agreement leverages Tyco Power Systems' strength in providing both quality power systems products and services with Lucent’s reputation for providing global network services solutions.
The agreement also enables the two companies to deliver a complete suite of services, including global engineering, installation and maintenance services and a complete life-cycle power systems solution. Together, the two companies will provide customers with a single point of contact, allowing them to reduce installation and maintenance expenses and time-to-market intervals.
