AC-DC Converters are Hot-Swappable
Kepco has added 600 W and 1200-W/1500-W modules to its HSF series of hot-swappable products. Four modules plug into a standard 19", 3U high rack adapter (RA 19-4C) allowing for 3 + 1 redundant systems from 1800 W to 4500 W. Active PFC and built-in OR-ing diodes are standard on all models.
The 600-W models have universal ac input and zero-up control of the output voltage from a front panel trimpot or by an external voltage source.
Pricing is $995 each for the 1200-W/1500-W modules, $675 each for the 600 W models and $475 for the rack adapter in single piece quantities.
