Fuel Cell System Obtains CE Certification

Electro Power has obtained CE certification for the Electro7 fuel cell system, which can provide back-up power to applications ranging from server farms to elevators. It took one year to go from the first prototype to the commercial product. The CE mark enables sales under internationally recognized safety and quality standards.

Electro7 successfully completed first round series of more than 50 tests designed to meet essential requirements on appliances as well as to demonstrate a quality manufacturing process. Production for the system has been launched, and first installations are expected within a few weeks both in Italy and other European Countries.
