Indoor/Outdoor Supply Features Low Acoustical Noise

Lambda has introduced the SWS600L series of low-cost, low-noise and low-profile 600-W ac-dc power supplies suited for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. The series operates with a universal input, and offers a choice of six different output voltages, including 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 24 V, 36 V, 48 V and 60 V. It also supports non-standard system voltages through a wide output voltage adjustment range of up to ±20%.

On most models, the use of an external 1-V to 6-V input enables the supply to be remotely adjusted over the range of 20% to 120% of its nominal output voltage. For example, the 36-V model can be remotely adjusted down to 7.2 V and up to 43.2 V. With an input transient protection that meets IEC61000-4, the SWS600L has been shock tested to satisfy MIL-STD-810F 516.5 Procedure I, VI, and vibration tested to MIL-STD-810F 514.5 Category 4, 10.
