    Martek Power’s 200WFR and 200LFR series of highly efficient 2-W isolated dc-dc converters are offered in low-profile SIPs and DIPs.

    Martek Power’s 200WFR and 200LFR series of highly efficient 2-W isolated dc-dc converters are offered in low-profile SIPs and DIPs. Targeting a variety of applications, these devices operate from input voltages ranging from 5 V to 48 V and generate output voltages ranging from 3.3 V to ±15 V.


    Device type: isolated dc-dc converter with single or dual outputs
    Input voltage range: 5 V, 12 V, 24 V or 48 V (both series, but 200WFR has 2:1 input range)
    Output voltage: 3.3-V, 5-V or 12-V single output (200WFR) or 3.3-V, 5-V, 12-V, 15-V, ±5-V, ±12-V or ±15V single or dual output (200LFR)
    Output power: 2 W
    Features: typical full-load efficiency up to 81 % (200WFR), low output ripple and tight regulation (200LFR)
    Packaging: 0.86-in. x 0.36-in. x 0.44-in. SIPs (200WFR) or 1.25-in. x 0.8-in. x 0.4-in. 24-pin DIPs (200LFR) (check with vendor, regarding 200LFR dimensions)
    RoHS compliant: yes
    Operating temperature range: -40ºC to +85ºC (200WFR) or -40ºC to +65ºC (200LFR)
    Target applications: data communication equipment, mobile battery driven equipment, distributed power systems, telecommunications equipment, mixed analog/digital subsystems, process/machine control equipment, computer peripheral systems and industrial robot systems
    Pricing: $8.70 per unit for volume orders of the 200WFRs; $7.55 per unit for volume orders of the 200LFRs
