FDK Corporation announces the addition of eight new dc/dc converters to its Senpai Series of non-isolated point-of-load converters. Operating from a 2.4 Volt – 5.5 Volt (V) DC input bus with a tightly regulated programmable output voltage of 0.75V to 3.63V DC, these converters incorporate an output voltage tracking function that enables various sequenced power-up and power-down scenarios when using multiple converters. The FPMS05T converters deliver up to 10 Amperes (A) of output current and the FPLS05T converters deliver up to 30A. Requiring little or no derating up to 85 degrees Celsius, these converters provide best-in-class thermal performance.
The FPMS05T converters are offered in 6A, 8A, and 10A output current models, in a 1.0x0.472x0.195 inch (25.4x12.0x4.95mm) industry-standard SIP package.
