It has a frequency stability of 25, 30, 50, and 100 ppm. The CO2016 has an operating temperature range of -10 °C to +70 °C and it is available in 3 values of power supply voltages: 1.8 V±5%, 2.5 V±5% and 3.3 V±5%. The output is CMOS and the oscillator can drive a load of 15 pF.
