IQD's latest TCXO provides a practical alternative and is designed specifically for portable instrumentation equipment and communications systems (fixed and mobile). Housed in an industry standard 7 x 5 mm ceramic package, the new IQXT-200 series offers a class leading frequency stability down to ±0.28 ppm across a wide frequency range from 10 MHz up to 50 MHz. Operating over the standard industrial temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees C, users can select variants to operate off a 3.0 V, 3.3 V or 5.0 V power supply with the current drawn being typically less than 5 mA. A wide range of outputs can be specified including HCMOS or Clipped Sine Wave.
Versions are also available which allow the use of an external voltage to control the pullability which caters for applications where the output frequency needs to be locked.
