An Ethernet interface enables control, communication, and report generation using the vendor's new TEMA 3000 software with custom report generator. The instrument's modular architecture enables on-site upgrades.
The tester supports ESD tests in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2/ANSI C62.41, electrical-fast-transient (EFT)/burst-immunity test in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4, combination-wave (CWG) test in accordance with IEC 61000-4-5/ANSI C62.41, and ring-wave immunity test in accordance with IEC 61000-4-12/ANSI C62.41. It also supports standard telecom impulse tests, magnetic-field AC and impulse tests, common- and differential-mode tests, and AC and DC dip, interrupt, and variation tests.
Surge voltages up to 8 kV combine with EFT capability up to 6-kV to make IMU3000 suitable for manufacturers and test labs wishing to cover all international standards.
