June 13, 2013. Agilent Technologies has announced that Intel Silicon View Technology (Intel SVT) is now supported in the Agilent x1149 boundary scan analyzer.
The Agilent x1149 analyzer maximizes structural test coverage for designs that incorporate Intel processors. Intel SVT complements the Agilent x1149 with incremental test coverage to verify the functionality of platform hub controllers, memory devices, graphics and high-speed I/O based on standards such as PCIe, SATA and USB3.
This additional capabililty of the Agilent x1149 will help electronics designers and manufacturers achieve maximum board test coverage for test-access-challenged designs that incoroprate a new Intel architecture codenamed Haswell.
