Advantest Highlights CloudTesting Service

July 12, 2013. Advantest chose SEMICON West to highlight its CloudTesting Service for the North American market. Established in September 2012 in Tokyo, CloudTesting Service provides users with access to test solutions quickly. Via an Internet connection, users can download test IP to a desktop-sized CloudTesting Station. Stations are available with 32 and 128 I/O channels operating at frequencies to 100 MHz. The station is free; users pay a monthly fee for the various available test IP blocks.

IP blocks are available to support power-supply current measurement, DC parametric measurement, and functional test. ADC and DAC DC and AC linearity measurement IP blocks will be available soon.
