October 13, 2014. SIGLENT Technologies last month announced the opening of its new North American headquarters, located in Solon, OH. The North American operation goes by the name of SIGLENT Technologies America Inc.
This new location will provide customers with local inventory, sales and technical support, as well as product service and support.
Eric Qin, founder and CEO of SIGLENT Technologies, located in Shenzhen, China said, “We here at SIGLENT Technologies are very excited to now have a solid presence in North America with our new headquarters near Cleveland, OH. SIGLENT Technologies has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years, even without an office in the United States. We believe by now offering US-based support, service, and inventory that we will be much better equipped to offer even faster response times to our customers and partners.”
Steve Barfield, SIGLENT Americas’ general manager, said, “Our staff here is very helpful…. I am looking forward to the opportunity to further improve our already strong reputation for excellent customer service and response time. We are now located physically nearer to our customers and our partners. We expect many good things as a result of our new North American headquarters.”
SIGLENT Technologies is an ISO-certified, multi-patent holding company. It claims to be the largest manufacturer of oscilloscopes (by shipments) in China. Founded in 2002 in Shenzhen, China, SIGLENT employs over 250 people with over 90 R&D engineers. SIGLENT also has an office in Hamburg, Germany, in addition to the new Solon, OH, location.
Its product lineup includes digital oscilloscopes, function/arbitrary waveform generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters.
