Keithley debuts ATE power supplies

Jan. 14, 2015

Keithley Instruments today launched a new line of power supplies—the 2268 Series—for automated test applications. Jerry Janesch, senior market-development manager at Keithley, cited power density as a key spec for the new supplies, which each deliver 850 W in six current and voltage configurations in a 1U-high half-rack enclosure.

The supplies will work within almost any control scheme you might have implemented. They come with LAN, USB, GPIB, RS-485, and RS-232 interfaces and include isolated analog inputs to minimize potential ground-loop problems. They also offer 15-V and 5-V outputs for controlling relays and interfacing with fixtures and handlers.

The supplies are available now at a list price of $2,500 each. Read more here.
