Coupled with a conventional oscilloscope or meter, the TF series test fixture makes accurate inline measurements of high-voltage power supplies and systems up to 40 kV dc. It offers the capacity of much larger units in just 16.24 in.3, lending it portability for offsite testing. Configurations consist of an ac viewing cap, high accuracy, and compensated dc divider units. Models in the series support measurement of ripple, noise, pulses, absolute dc, dc stability, and dc line and load regulation. Prices start at $950.
