Entering its next permutation, TDSHT3 software gets an upgrade to support the HDMI compliance test specification version 1.3b. The application now supports all HDMI compliance-test procedures including physical-layer compliance as per the latest CTS1.3b document. Testing is performed using the company's real-time oscilloscopes, sampling oscilloscopes, signal generators, differential probes, and test fixtures. The software resides on an oscilloscope controlling the signal generators in a closed-loop mechanism to automatically perform cable and sink tests.
