The PXD1002, 1021, and 522 series of PXI digitizers offer 2-Gsample/s rates, a choice of 500-MHz or 1-GHz bandwidth, and up to 8 million points of memory. They're available in a single 3U eight-slot PXI chassis. The two—channel PXD1022 has 1-GHz bandwidth and a maximum rate of 2 Gsamples/s from 10 to 10,000 ns. The identical PXD1021 has one channel. The 500-MHz PXD522 offers 2 Gsamples/s with a 10- to 10,000-ns capture window. The 1-GHz 1022 is priced at $12,990 for 256 kbytes/channel of memory; the 1-GHz 1021 costs $6990 for 256 kbytes/channel of memory; and the 500-MHz 522 costs $9990 for 256 kbytes/channel of memory. Delivery is in four to six weeks.
