The PS6407 USB-powered digitizer provides fast data capture for industrial and scientific applications. With four 1 GHz 50? analog inputs and a 5-Gsample/s real-time sampling rate, it supports a wide variety of signals, i.e., high-speed serial data, automated test rig waveforms, high-frequency circuit designs, radio, laser and radar IF, and other types of rapid experimental data. The PS6407 can digitize a 1-GHz sine wave with a timing resolution of 200 ps. Other features include a built-in function/arbitrary-waveform generator, with an external trigger input.
