The DaqBook/2000E multifunction data-acquisition device features a 16-bit, 200-kHz analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can be expanded up to 256 channels. With 13 built-in ranges, the device offers 100% digital calibration. Over 30 different signal-conditioning and expansion options are available, including measuring thermocouples, strain gauges, and accelerometers. The DaqBook/2000E includes four 10-MHz counters that synchronously measure frequency and count pulses concurrent with analog measurements. Also, the unit's 40 digital I/O lines can be synchronously read or updated along with analog and frequency measurements. The digital I/O lines are expandable up to 272 channels, including options for optical isolation and relay closures for switching applications. Also, the two timer outputs can generate square waves up to 1 MHz. The DaqBook/2000E can be equipped with an internal, four-channel, 16-bit analog output capability. Available now, the DaqBook/2000E is priced at $2999.
