The latest line of WavePro digital oscilloscopes, serial-data analyzers, and hard-disk analyzers, the 700Zi Series, promise to enhance design, debug, and validation processes beyond any other instruments in their class. The oscilloscpes provide sample rates of 20 Gsamples/s on all four channels and 40 Gsamples/s interleaved, a record length of 10 Mpoints per channel standard and up to 128 Mpoints per channel optional, 1-MegaOhm and 50-Ohm inputs from 1.5 GHz to 6 GHz, and offer a wide variety of probes, options, and accessories. The 700Zi Series oscilloscopes are available in 1.5 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 3.5 GHz, 4 GHz, and 6 GHz bandwidths. Also part of the offering, SDA 700Zi Series serial data analyzers are available in 2.5 GHz, 3.5 GHz, 4 GHz, and 6 GHz bandwidths. DDA 700Zi Series disk drive analyzers are available in 3.5 GHz and 6 GHz bandwidths. All instruments in the series feature deep toolboxes and advanced analysis capabilities. Existing tools, such as Tracks, Trends, Histograms, and digital filters, are also optionally available. The company also adds four high-performance probes to the WaveLink probe family, boasting of excellent noise performance plus high dc and mid-band loading. With a ±4V offset capability and ±3V common-mode control, the probes suit multi-purpose applications for single-ended needs such as DDR memory and serial data applications such as HDMI.
