Dispensing System Eliminates Manual Handling Of Fluxes

Sept. 8, 2011
Using proprietary progressing cavity pump technology, the FX-101-AR dedicated water-based flux dispensing system eliminates manual handling of fluxes and provides reliable resistance to abrasive fillers and acidic chemistries.

Using proprietary progressing cavity pump technology, the FX-101-AR dedicated water-based flux dispensing system eliminates manual handling of fluxes and provides reliable resistance to abrasive fillers and acidic chemistries. The unit automatically manages fluxes while providing months of reliable production before maintenance is due. Custom urethane dispensing systems can be built for ratios of 1:1 to 20:1 and flow rates from 1 gram/second to 6 liters/minute or greater. Additionally, the system is able to dispense fluid viscosities from 1 cP (water) to over 1 million cP. Fluid Research Corp., Tustin, CA. (714) 258-2350.
