The TDS7254 digital phosphor oscilloscope (DPO) provides a frequency bandwidth of 2.5 GHz and incorporates the company's TekConnect signal-interconnect system to maintain signal integrity even when analyzing 200 ps edges. With a 20 Gsample/s, real-time sampling rate, the scope can make measurements both on differential signals and between two separate input channels. Options available for the DPO include an active probe, the P7240, with a 4-GHz bandwidth and a 120-ps rise time.
