Making the scene as the world's first iPhone-based mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO) the iMSO-104 is a 5-MHz oscilloscope adapter for iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad. According to Saelig, it is intuitive and easy to use, making it an ideal solution for field service, sales and application engineers, and students and hobbyists. The MSO employs a 5-MHz bandwidth front-end, delivers a 12-Msample/s sample rate, and simultaneously analyzes one analog and four digital signals. All the usual input, trigger and math features are on tap including cursor measurements, variable persistence, and a 3.3V, 1-kHz reference signal. iMSO-104 also adds novel features such as computation power and instant emailing of screen captures. Made in Taiwan by Oscium, the iMSO-104 comes with a 1x/10x analog probe and a logic harness with SMD clips. Price is $297.99. SAELIG CO., Pittsford, NY. (888) 772-3544.
