For use in the company's TDS3000 digital phosphor oscilloscopes, the TDS3TMT application module provides testing for digital network interface cards rated at up to 45 Mb/s. The module can be used to test E1/DS1, E3/D3 standards called out in ITU-T G.703 and ANSI T1.102, as well as user customized variations of these standards. Another module, the TDS3EM Ethernet module, lets the TDS3000 Series oscilloscopes to be controlled remotely over 10BaseT Ethernet connections, letting users print directly to a network printer from the TDS3000. Pricing is $995 for the TDS3TMT and $395 for the TDS3EM.
