Claiming to set new performance benchmarks, the DC140 and DC135 3U, single-slot PXI digitizers provide bandwidths of 1 GHz and 500 MHz, respectively, and offer a channel multiplexing capability that allows users to select between single- or dual-channel data acquisition modes. The DC140 provides synchronous sampling on both input channels of 1 Gsamples/s with up to 8 Mpoints of acquisition memory. In single-channel applications this doubles to 2 Gsamples/s and 16 Mpoints. The DC135 offers dual-channel sampling rates up to 500 Msamples/s and 2 Mpoints of acquisition memory per channel, or 1 Gsamples/s and 4 Mpoints in single-channel mode. Both digitizers include the company?s Ctrl I/O, a unique front-panel system that promises to simplify system integration and facilitate synchronization with existing systems. Consisting of four MMCX-type connectors on the front panel, Ctrl I/O provides an external clock input, a trigger output, and two digital control lines. Pricing begins at $6,990.
